Hello students…! Most of you are worried about the AP SSC Results new grading system points introduced by the AP Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP). In the place of existing marks based results BSEAP has introduced a new grading points system from the academic year 2012.To evaluate the students performance in the examinations BSEAP use this new grading point system. Why grading system? Grading system is introduced to reduced the stress and tensions of the students about the AP 10th results. This will also decrease the differences between the scores/marks of the students. Most of the teachers, students and their parents welcome this new method of grading system.

AP SSC 10th Class 2018 Grading System- grading points

As per the marks obtained in the each subject in AP SSC 10th Results and as well as in total a particular Grade will be awarded. This method of grading is called Grade Point Average(GPA).In this method you will be awarded a grade point in the range from A to E based on your performance in AP 10th Results. You can know more about the grading points by the table given below. By using this table you can calculate your overall GPA.

How to calculate Subject wise grade points in SSC Result 2018?
Here we are providing an example that shows you how to calculate grade points for each subject and overall grade points. Based on this you can calculate tour individual subject’s grade points and overall grade points in SSC Result 2018.

From the above results the overall grade points of the above candidate can be calculated by using the below formulae.

GPA=((First Language – Telugu)+(Second Language – Hindi)+(Third Language – English)+Mathematics+General Science+Social Studies)/6
Grade Point Average(GPA):(9+9+9+10+9+9)/6=55/6=9.166

How to calculate your overall Marks in AP SSC Results?
As soon as the AP SSC 10th results are declared you will get the grades of your individual subjects and as well as for your total subjects. In order to know your total average marks you can convert your grade points into marks. So here we are providing the list of grades from A1 to E and their respective score range. So you can check the table and calculate your overall score as your own.

Grade E 2 194 and Below (FAIL)
